Return & Refund Policy

01.Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or clearance sale products, may not be eligible for returns.

02.Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at support@ankas.com.au with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

03. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless otherwise specified.

04. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will offer a free exchange for the same product.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different item, the price difference (if any) will need to be covered by the customer.

05. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

06. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
